Any cancelations/reschedules prior to 48 hours will be at no charge. Any cancelations/reschedules within 48 hours will be charged $50 at the time of cancelation. Any cancelations/reschedules within 24 hours will be $100 charge at the time of cancelation. Cancelation fee must be paid before rebooking another appointment, this fee is nonrefundable and will not go towards your next appointment. Fees can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or through a Square invoice. No charges will be made without your knowledge. Fee can be waived at my discretion. This policy only applies to chemical and extension services.
